Not everyone cares about everything, but pretty much everyone hates that guy and his weird friends. Now is the time for all of us across the left side of the political spectrum to come together — but that’s no easy task. This week, the guys discuss the rifts within the Democratic Party, and how they’ve navigated the ideological breaks with their own respective communities.

  1. With the Hot Wheels thing, I think the key is that we’re not being asked to be comfortable with a jab like that, but rather be comfortable not calling it out. Not scolding someone — especially someone like Crockett — to feel like capital-L liberals. Under normal circumstances, I think doing so is basic decency, but let’s see if we can hold on for a few years
